At Taylor'd. by Lisa, I thrive on providing each and every client who i service the best possible experience i can offer. That’s why I have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Taylor’d experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with me goes as smoothly as possible.
In consideration of our other guests and service providers we ask that if you need to cancel an appointment please allow as much notice as possible. Any appointment cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. All appointments require a credit card and $20 deposit per service to secure a spot with met. Everyones time is valuable and therefore any cancellations, last-minute rescheduling, or missed appointments (no-show) will result in a 50% of the reserved service(s) price
I do not issue refunds for any services or gift certificates. In the event you are unhappy with your hair please contact me within three days of service and I will happily schedule you for any adjustments needed. At the time of the adjustments appointment please bring any and all issues to my attention.
I gladly accept appointments for all humans of all ages. Children's haircut prices are honored up until the child becomes 13 years old. Chemical services for children are the same prices as adults and must be accompanied by an adult. Please keep in mind that although I love children. I maintain a peaceful environment in order to be completed service.
All chemical services come with a complimentary blow dry. Curling iron or flat iron will involve an extra charge. Taylor'd Inc. is not responsible for any damage to clothing due to chemical treatments & Robes are available for clients to wear. Please be aware that prior chemical services may hinder or alter the results of another chemical service and Taylor'd Inc. is not responsible for that results.
